When creating or editing items, you need to set which kind of answer type it will have.
The available answer types are:
The evaluative type provides three possibilities of answer options, consisting on the options Yes or No, and the evaluative faces, in addition to evaluative scales additional options, bringing the option N/A and Amazing.
The text type allows the item to be answered by a short text or long text field.
The date type allows to select a value respecting the standard selected on field type.
The answer type set as register has a filling option similar to the previous option, but with different standards.
The numeric type allows to set the format which the value will be formatted, from quantity, decimal value, temperature, to monetary with the possibility to change the currency.
The selection list allows you to create a list of options by clicking in add option, being possible to reorder and customize the answer option, in addition to set if the item is single or multiple selection.
Finally, the special type brings general options, as GPS, bar code, no options, and others. In some cases, those possibilities have a relation with your tool configuration!
