This report provides a compilation of all reoccurrences of non-conformities. When an item receives its first negative response in that unit, either as a "red face" or a "no" response, any future negative response received by it in that same unit will be considered a reoccurrence.
Note: Only completed, approved and calculated checklists and evaluative items for red and white face scales are considered when counting reoccurrences.

Just below, you can view the details of the information through a table, and by clicking on the number of reoccurrences, the system will show another filter option to go to the details of the non-conformities:
