From the second stage onwards, we have some options that allow us to interact with the previous stage. The option to copy responses from items in the previous stage, when enabled, lists the checklist items in the current stage, allowing us to select which item from the previous stage will have its response copied to each item in the current stage.
Additionally, you can lock the item from being edited, so that the user applying cannot modify the answer, by enabling the lock answer edits option on the item.
The option to copy comments and attachments from items is also only available when the option to copy items is enabled. This option brings, from each item that is defined to respond to the next step, the complements of that item such as comments and attachments.
