Checklist Fácil is undergoing an important evolution in its technological infrastructure. We are migrating our services from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with the goal of ensuring even more security, stability, and scalability for your operations.
This change is part of our commitment to continuous improvement, utilizing market best practices to offer a resilient and high-performance environment for managing your checklists and inspections.
First stage migration schedule
The migration is planned to occur during a specific maintenance window to ensure the integrity of all data:
- Start: May 1st, at 8:00 PM (Brasília time).
- End: May 3rd, at 6:00 PM (Brasília time).
Attention: During this period, some online features, such as system login, data synchronization, and workflow execution, may experience instability or be temporarily unavailable.
App usage in offline mode
To ensure your operation does not stop, the Checklist Fácil app will continue to allow the application of checklists normally through offline mode.
The filled-in data will be stored on the device and, as soon as the maintenance period is concluded and the system is normalized, simply perform the synchronization to send the information to the administrative panel.
Tip: Ensure your team has logged into the app and loaded the necessary checklists before the start of maintenance on May 1st.
Required action: Firewall and Proxy release
If your company uses restrictive network rules, such as firewall, proxy, or egress control, it will be essential to perform a technical configuration to ensure access to the new storage environment.
Request your IT team to allow the following address:
URL: grpkciq6xad0.compat.objectstorage.sa-saopaulo-1.oraclecloud.com
Technical requirements:
- Protocol: TCP
- Port: 443
- Traffic: HTTPS
Information: No changes to existing users, passwords, or integrations are required due to this migration.
Additional whitelisting: Email sending
In addition to whitelisting the storage endpoint, this migration also includes a change to the platform's email service, starting in July 2026. If your company uses firewall rules that restrict incoming emails by source IP, you will need to whitelist the following addresses:
IPs: 192.29.134.101 and 192.29.134.102
We recommend whitelisting these as soon as possible. The old IPs will remain active until the migration is fully completed, so there is no risk of interruption to the delivery of Checklist Fácil emails (notifications, action plan alerts, invitations, and reports) during this period.
Important: the old IPs must not be disabled yet. For now, only add the new IPs to your company's security configurations, keeping all authorizations (new and old) active.Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is the main benefit of this change?
The migration to OCI offers a more modern infrastructure, with greater resilience against failures and higher data processing speeds.
2. Is there a risk of losing my data?
No. All data remains secure and protected by encryption throughout the entire process. The migration is continuously monitored to ensure total data integrity.
3. Do I need to update my app?
There is no immediate need to update the app for this migration, but we recommend always keeping the latest version available in the app store.
4. What happens if I try to synchronize during maintenance?
The system may return a connection error. If this occurs, keep the data on the device and try to synchronize again after 6 PM (Brasília time) on May 3rd.
5. How do I receive support if something does not work after the migration?
Our technical support team and your Customer Success (CS) will be available through the usual channels in the Help Center.
6. Does this affect the delivery of system emails?
Yes. In addition to whitelisting the storage endpoint, we recommend whitelisting IPs 192.29.134.101 and 192.29.134.102 in your company's firewall. The old IPs will remain active until the migration is fully completed, ensuring continuous delivery of notifications, alerts, and reports by email during the transition.
