This article presents the requirements necessary to install and use the Checklist application on mobile devices, as well as instructions on installation via APK in specific cases.


Keeping your device updated ensures greater security, performance, and access to the latest system features.


Minimum requirements for Android devices

  • Processor: minimum of 1.5GHz.
  • RAM: minimum of 3GB.
  • Screen: 4 inches or larger, released within the last 3 years.
  • Operating system: one of the last three official Android versions (excluding beta versions).
  • Additional features: camera, GPS, and internet connection.


Important: By December 2025, support for Android 8 and 9 devices will be discontinued. These devices will still be able to use a stable version of the application, but they will not receive updates or new features.


Minimum requirements for iOS devices

  • Operating system: one of the last two official iOS versions (excluding beta versions).
  • Additional features: camera, GPS, and internet connection.


Important remarks

  • The operating system must be original and unmodified (no root or jailbreak).
  • Checklist is not responsible for issues caused by defective or outdated operating system versions.
  • The listed requirements are the minimum: more current devices provide better performance.
  • It is also possible to use Checklist via browser (the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are supported).

Installation via APK

APK (Android Application Package) is a format used to install apps on Android devices without going through the Google Play Store.


In cases where the company device does not have allowed access to the app store, we recommend using installation via APK:


  1. Uninstall the current version of the application, if it is already installed.
  2. Download the APK version of the Checklist application on your mobile device through this link: APK Checklist Fácil.
  3. Follow the instructions displayed on the device screen to complete the installation.


Attention: Only uninstall the app if all checklists are already completed and synchronized to avoid data loss.



Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

 1. Why is support no longer offered for Android 8 and 9? 

There are three main reasons:

1. Google no longer provides security updates for Android 8 and 9.
2. Ensuring the technological evolution of the application requires compatibility only with more current versions.
3. The support contract only covers the last three versions of Android.

 2. Can I install the APK on an iPhone (iOS)? 

No. The APK (Android Application Package) format is exclusive to the Android operating system. iOS devices only allow installation via the App Store or corporate management tools (MDM).
