Is the solution team in compliance with the LGPD?

Here in the solution team, it is important to highlight that analysts are aware of the legislation and adopt best practices to protect user data.

Among the measures adopted by the Checklist Fácil system is the use of encryption systems to protect transmitted information.

We use all the necessary security resources to combat any security breach, from complex passwords to data access restriction, making it available only to the analysts who effectively need it to perform the service.

Data processing

It is important to emphasize the transparency of data processing. The solution team has a clear and efficient process to ensure compliance with LGPD requirements.

This processing is carried out from data collection to storage and disposal. Furthermore, it is essential that users are informed in a clear and objective manner about how their data is being used and for what purposes.

Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Additionally, our Solution Team receives proper guidance on the importance of data protection, and our privacy policy is updated periodically to ensure compliance with the Law.

Furthermore, to ensure data security and protection, Checklist Fácil values providing autonomy to users, so they can have in their databases the possibility of adjustments according to their needs, based on the permissions configured by the Administrator user.

When requesting any alteration, insertion, or deletion, whenever possible to perform via screen, Support analysts always indicate the action to be taken by the user themselves or by the database administrator. In this way, respecting the LGPD.

In cases where it is still not possible to perform adjustments through the database, our team analyzes the case and only with authorization from the Administrator can perform any alteration in the database.
