Checklist Fácil has evolved into a unified credit model for all its Artificial Intelligence features. This new system offers more transparency and flexibility, allowing you to manage the use of tools such as Smart Response and AI Reviewer from a single balance.
With this model, it is no longer necessary to contract specific charges for each tool. The acquired credits can be consumed by any paid AI feature currently available or that may be launched in the future.

How credit consumption works
The consumption of your balance occurs proportionally to the use of each feature. Check the current rules:
- Smart Response: consumes 1 credit for each response generated.
- AI Reviewer: consumes 0.1 credit per item analyzed (i.e., 1 credit every 10 items).
You can use credits in a mixed way. For example, if you use 5 Smart Response answers and 50 items in the AI Reviewer, the total consumption will be 10 credits.
Available Packages
There are different types of packages to meet the needs of each company:
- Free Package: intended for initial testing. It is valid for 3 months and does not renew automatically.
- Plus Package: monthly package with automatic renewal. If consumption exceeds the contracted limit, an overage fee per credit is charged.
- Extra Package: occasional additional credits that can be purchased when the Plus Plan is active, ideal for seasonal demands.
- Ultra Package: recommended for high-volume operations, offering greater predictability with an annual contract.
The consumption order always prioritizes the Plus Plan balance before using credits acquired in Extra Packages.
Visibility and Tracking
You can track your credit balance directly in the WEB version of Checklist Fácil. In the sidebar, the AI Credits widget is displayed with the current balance and how much has already been used in the period.
When accessing the Usage Statistics screen, it is possible to view the complete breakdown of consumption, identifying exactly how much each feature (such as Smart Response or AI Reviewer) consumed from your total balance.

1. What happens if my credits run out?
In the Plus Package, usage that exceeds the contracted amount will be charged as an overage on the monthly invoice. If there is no active package, AI features will be unavailable until new credits are purchased.
2. Are Plus Package credits cumulative?
No, the Plus Package renews the standard amount every month, and the unused balance does not carry over to the following month.
3. How do credits appear on the invoice?
The charge is detailed in specific lines: AI Credits (base package), Additional AI Credits (extra packages), and Overage AI Credits (consumption above the contracted amount).
