About consolidated notifications
Consolidated notifications in the Action Plan app work similarly to consolidated emails. The system groups action plans according to the demand generated in the checklist, ensuring that the person responsible receives an alert on their mobile device as soon as the email is sent.
Attention: To ensure you receive notifications, it is essential that you have already performed the first access and remain logged into your account in the application. If you are logged out (meaning, if you have clicked on "Log out"), the system will not be able to identify your device to send the alert.
How to configure
The main point for this feature to function is that the user has the email link configured with the checklist, and that the user is configured as the person responsible for the action plan.
The user must also have access to the unit (and department, if applicable) and the "Fill in as responsible" permission in the User Type.
Operation in the app
Receiving alerts in the application is flexible and covers several scenarios:
- App status: You will receive the notification even if the application is in the background or closed.
- Recipients: The alert is sent to the person responsible for the plan, which can be a specific user or a user type.
- Alert types: Notifications cover various states of the action plan, such as "waiting for completion" or plan creation.
By tapping the notification, the system automatically directs the user to a filtered list containing only the action plans mentioned in that alert, making it easier to locate pending tasks.

1. Why didn't I receive the notification on my phone?
Check if your user has the email link with the checklist and if the app's notification permissions are active in your phone settings.
2. What happens when I click on the alert?
The application will apply an automatic filter and show exactly the action plans that need your attention at that moment.
